We build the funnel.
You take the calls.
We build the ads, scripts, page,
booking flow and tracking.
We look at your numbers and tell you straight whether this works for you.
The run in four numbers
One live example. Still running today.
500+ calls booked.
One channel.
A UK consulting business, selling to business owners. We ran Meta ads to a booking funnel. No other channel. No list. No referrals. It is profitable and still live as you read this.
Not all of them were the right fit. That is what the qualifier is for.
Tighten it for fewer, better calls. Loosen it for more. You set the line. We report booked and qualified either way.
We run funnels like this in more than one country, live right now. Not screenshots you have to trust. Open any of them:
The numbers, straight from the stores.
Store revenue during our work together. Different shops, different niches. These we can only show as screenshots.
Everything between the ad
and the calendar.
Meta ad creatives
We write and produce image and video ads. Every round brings new work, so no ad is left running until it dies.
The VSL script
If your offer takes longer to explain, we write the full sales video script. It covers the problem, why your approach works, the proof, and the next step.
The landing page
We write and build the page. We use a sales video, or send people straight to booking, based on what your offer needs.
The booking flow
We build the questions, the calendar and the reminders. The wrong people drop out before they waste your time.
Tracking that matches reality
We track each booking and stop it being counted twice, so the numbers match what happened.
Scripts for your video ads
If you want video ads, we write them word for word and tell you which one to film first.
You do two things.
That is the whole list.
Fund the ad spend
The budget goes to Meta, not to us. Without real money behind the ads, none of this moves.
Take the calls
The calls land on your calendar. They only matter if you take them.
There is nothing else on your side.
Four things have to be true.
All four.
-
You sell a service.
Not a product, not a shop. Something you or your team deliver.
-
You already do £5,000 a month.
Then we know the offer sells. The problem is volume, not the offer.
-
You have money set aside for ads.
Separate from what you pay us. It goes to Meta.
-
You can take sales calls.
We put the calls on your calendar. If your week has no room for them, this will not help you.
Still working out whether anyone wants what you sell? We are the wrong people. Come back when it sells.
A booked call is not a call.
Most agencies stop at booked calls. That number can look good when nobody turns up. The number that pays is how many people take the call.
We build for show-ups and we report show-ups. Four parts make people turn up:
The qualifier.
Questions that screen the wrong people out.
The slot timing.
A slot soon after they apply. Long waits kill attendance.
The reminder chain.
Invite plus follow-ups, tracked and rewritten.
The page itself.
Written to put tyre kickers off.
Questions we get asked
What does it cost?
It depends on your offer and your market. We quote on the call, once we have seen your numbers. If it does not make sense for you, you hear that on the same call.
How much ad budget do I need?
You need to be comfortable putting a few thousand a month into Meta ads. On the call we compare that against your margins and what one new client is worth to you.
Do I have to be on camera?
No. Video ads are optional. If you want them, we write every word and you read it to camera. In our tests, ads with the face of the person who delivers the service beat every other format.
Why only Meta?
One channel run properly beats three run halfway. Meta is where a service business can put a face and a script in front of the right people, at the volume you need.
Book the call.
30 minutes. We check your numbers and tell you straight if this works.
We take on 5 new clients a month. Not more.
